In June 2023, we reported that Microsoft had introduced FIDO2 login capability to browsers on the iOS platform. Going a step further, it is now possible to sign in to Microsoft Authenticator on your iPhone/iPad using your FIDO2 security key. This, in turn, enables logging in to all other Microsoft apps installed on the same device.
